Emaxx Speed Estimator

Note: This is just an attempt at estimating top speed.
For my Feigao 9L (this page's default KV rating) it's almost perfect.
For the HV's 4400 KV rating, it isn't even close. Probably because it doesn't come close to 4400 RPM per volt under load.
