A. This is your teams cumulative rating. There is one for cricket rating, x01 rating and total rating.
(player 1's rating + player 2's rating + player 3's rating + player 4's rating)

B. This is the change in your team's cumulative rating over the previous week.
(this weeks total rating - last weeks total rating)

C. This is the change in your team's cumulative rating over the beginning of the season.
(this weeks total - beginning of season total)
